Our role
Morning 5AM is an independent admission consultancy. We provide guidance to help students and parents choose suitable colleges and courses. We are not a government body and are not officially affiliated with any university or examination authority unless expressly stated.
Fees
Initial counseling and college/branch guidance is free. If any specific service, or a college, involves a fee, we will tell you the exact amount in advance and in writing. You are never charged without your prior agreement, and college and government fees are paid directly to those institutions.
No guarantee of admission
Admissions depend on your rank, category, seat availability, official counseling rules, and college decisions. While we work in your best interest, we cannot and do not guarantee admission to any specific college, branch, or under any specific category.
Student benefits
Any student benefits (such as study materials, welcome kits, or fee concessions) are offered directly by participating colleges or through promotional programs, and are subject to eligibility and availability at the time of admission. We will confirm what applies to your specific case.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your marks, rank and category.
- Verify all official details (fees, eligibility, deadlines) with the college and counseling authority.
- Make your own final decision about which college and course to join.
Limitation of liability
We provide guidance in good faith based on the information available. We are not liable for decisions made by colleges or counseling authorities, or for changes in fees, rules or seat availability.
